Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, refund or cancellations.

If your items arrives damaged due to an issue please feel free to send us an email at hello@singlesploot.com with you order number and an image of your products in the conditioned you received them in. 

If an item in your order does NOT arrive within 1-2 weeks of confirmed delivery please email us ASAP with the order number and a photo of the USPS claim. 

We do not do refunds or replacements on any orders that are marked DELIVERED. 

Once an order is sent to the post office it is out of our control.
